1.<\/span> Where is the store located?<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

We are located in Rimini, Italy, in the Gros Rimini area and ship all goods from here from our warehouse.<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

2. Whose production of the goods we sell?<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Goods presented in our store and on our website (shoes, bags and accessories made of leather) only Italian production MADE IN ITALY, which we order directly from manufacturers, factories that are located in Italy. Orders are made twice a year for two seasons (spring-summer and fall-winter) directly at the factories or at the international shoe exhibition in Milan MICAM. <\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

3. How to place an order?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

You can order directly on the site: choose a product, go to the page of this product, click on the desired size, add it to the cart by clicking on the appropriate button. The size you need will end up in your order cart, if you intend to choose more, open the next article and put it in the cart in the same way. When your selection is complete and the items you want are in your shopping cart, you can go to the shopping cart page and begin checkout. Shopping cart – click ‘checkout’. On the checkout page you can register for future orders (to reduce checkout time in the future), or continue as a guest to checkout now. For foreign customers it is not obligatory to fill in the column ‘tax number’, you need to put any digit. If you have a discount coupon, you can put its name in the ‘coupon code’ box. After filling in the address data and selecting the payment method, by clicking on ‘checkout’ you go directly to payment.

4. How do I know where the parcel is?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

After registration and payment, your order is formed in the warehouse and the parcel is transferred to the courier service CRONO ITALIA EMS or other courier company, depending on where the parcel is to be delivered. Turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Immediately after order placement, the company manager will contact you and send you a tracking number for your convenience and for tracking on postal shipping sites. <\/span>
