In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code)<\/strong> and Directive 2011\/83\/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council<\/strong>, the Consumer-Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to provide any reasons, within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the products.<\/p>

How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h3>

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer-Customer must send a written notice within the prescribed time limit<\/p>

  • by email<\/strong> to the official address of the Seller (recommended for greater speed), or<\/p><\/li>

  • by registered mail with return receipt<\/strong> to the Seller’s address (Alice SRL).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    The communication must contain:<\/p>

    1. The explicit intention of the consumer customer to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the contract;<\/p><\/li>

    2. The order number and a copy of the purchase document (invoice or transport document);<\/p><\/li>

    3. The description and codes of the products you intend to return.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Refund conditions<\/h3>

      • The Customer must return the products intact, never used, complete with original packaging and tags<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • After receipt and verification of the returned products, the Seller shall refund the Customer within 14 days<\/strong>, in accordance withArticle 13 of Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Shipping costs<\/h3>

        • Initial shipping costs (Italy \u2192 Customer)<\/strong> will be reimbursed.<\/p><\/li>

        • Return costs (Customer \u2192 Italy)<\/strong> shall be borne by the Customer<\/strong>, as provided for inArticle 14 of Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of sale<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Defective or non-conforming products<\/h3>

          1. If the Customer receives defective products, he shall notify the Seller immediately, without using the goods.<\/p><\/li>

          2. The product shall be returned in the same state in which it was received<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          3. In the event of recognised defects, the Seller shall either<\/p>

            • replace the product at its own expense or<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

            • refund the full amount paid, within 10 working days of receipt of the returned product<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

              Exclusions<\/h3>

              No refund or replacement will be made if:<\/p>

              • The product has been used or damaged through improper use;<\/p><\/li>

              • The defect is not the fault of the manufacturer;<\/p><\/li>

              • The product is incomplete or lacks original packaging.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
